We provide a cost effective way to prevent moisture intrusion into pavement cracks by providing a
waterproof barrier.
Crack Cleaning: We use a power steel brush to clean out the crack, a broom where it is needed to
touch up the fine cracks, and powerful blowers to get rid of any dust and debris. Use blow torch
through cracks.
Crack Sealing: Crack filler using top grade heated rubberized crack fill. We always fill those
pesky gaps between the asphalt and your garage floor.
Crack Finish: We place a non-tack aggregate on top of the rubber to prevent lifting or tracking.
